    I have been working with Jackie for several months and it’s been an exceptional experience. I come to her strength class at 202 once a week and work one on one with her twice a month. In the short time we have worked together, I have made incredible progress. She is patient, knowledgeable and encouraging in her training process. I can now do technical lifts correctly and safely. I am In better shape and feel so much stronger and confident in my physical abilities. I also have less pain and mobility issues. I love seeing the gains and progress and I have Jackie to thank for helping me on this journey.

    Jackie is a terrific teacher. I've had both personal training from her and taken classes. As a personal coach, she listens to what your issues are and addresses your concerns in a thoughtful way. As a group teacher, she reads the room well and gets the most out of everyone, giving options for those who need them. Through it all, she's friendly and creates a fun environment.
